- Confirmation of In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
A confirmation email would be sent out within 24 hours after an In-Stock item order is placed.
For Pre-Order item, once we received your order, we will check the availability of the stocks and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note that for orders made over the weekends, it may take a longer time for delivery.
Once item is confirmed and payment is made, no amendment or cancellation of order will be allowed, no refund will be made upon cancellation.
All our prices are non-negotiable.
- Quality
All items are brand new and Cuties Fashion will conduct strict check on quality of all products before sales and sending out for delivery. Any reports of damage after which is not responsible by Cuties Fashion and there shall be no refund.

Payment
We accept local bank transfer payment by Internet Banking and ATM Fund Transfer through (DBS/POSB/OCBC and UOB). Payment is to be made within 3 days for In-Stock and Pre-Order items upon receiving the Order Confirmation Email, otherwise the order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. Note that for Internet Banking from different banks will usually take 3 working days. Please kindly email us your order no, contact no and name to sales@cutiesfashion.com after your payment is made.
All prices are NOT inclusive of postage.
All published prices are listed in Singapore Currency ( SGD ).
- Delivery of Item
Delivery will be made via SingPost Normal or Registered Mailing Service. For In-Stock item will take 3-5 working days and Pre-Order item will take latest 2 weeks to deliver upon confirmation of order and successful processing of payment. We seek for your understanding as our Pre-Order items are imported from overseas.
Normal Postage per item is SGD 1.50
Registered Mail additional SGD 2.30 is applicable. Eg: Buying 2 items, total postage will be SGD 3.00 + SGD 2.30= SGD 5.30
For delivery, customers may state either Normal or Registered Mailing Service in the shopping cart. Once your order had been sent out, we will notify you via email. For Registered Mail, the article number and month/year of posting will be stated in the notification email. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg
For prompt and timely deliveries, it is important to ensure that the recipient information is given correctly (Your Name, Address and Contact No.) during the shopping checkout process.
Registered Mail is strongly recommended as Cuties Fashion shall not be held responsible for any items lost in Normal Mail.

Refund
Full refund is available ONLY for short of stock and pre-order item due to production matters after making full payment.
All goods sold are non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy
Drop us an email or call us to request for exchange.
Exchange are only allowed on case to case basis revised by Cuties Fashion. Items purchased through our website must be exchange within 5 days from the date the items despatched. Items purchased from our store must be exchange within 3 days.
Items for exchange MUST be returned with original packaging with the product tag on.
Earrings and Necklaces are NON-exchangeable.
Once approved, we will keep you inform on the item for exchange.
All goods sold are non-refundable.
- Measurements and Sizes
All clothes are free size for normal S to M sizes unless otherwise stated.
- Others
Please note that the actual item may slightly different as compared to the pictures shown due to the colour resolution of different computers and lightings during photography editing of the pictures and models figure. However, there would be 80% to 90% accuracy.
We are doing online sales in Singapore only, we apologize that we do not meet up with customers.
